Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you hire EndorsementHub ("we," "us," or "our") for website design, social media, or related services. EndorsementHub is a website design and digital marketing business based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. By accepting a written quote, paying a deposit or invoice, or asking us to begin work, you ("you" or "the client") agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We offer a one-page 24-hour website, the Basic Upkeep plan, and website starter, launch, and complete launch packages, along with add-ons, brand and logo polish, copywriting, website care, social media management, full-care bundles, and commission-based partnerships where agreed. The exact services for your project are whatever we set out in writing in your quote or proposal. If something isn't in your written quote, it isn't included in the price. The 24-hour website and Basic Upkeep don't need a quote: what they include is set out in section 8.

2. Quotes, pricing, and GST

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and, where applicable, GST is added on top. Prices listed on our website are starting points, except the 24-hour website and Basic Upkeep, which are fixed prices (see section 8). Your final price is the one we confirm in writing for your specific project before any work begins. A written quote is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.

3. Payment and deposits

The specific deposit amount and payment schedule for your project are confirmed in your written quote.

4. Project scope, revisions, and timelines

Each package includes a set scope and a reasonable number of revision rounds, which we state in your quote. Work beyond that scope (new pages, extra features, or additional revision rounds) is quoted separately as an add-on before we do it. We'll give you an estimated timeline, but timelines depend on you providing content, feedback, and approvals on time (see section 5).

5. What we need from you

To deliver good work on time, we rely on you to:

If a project stalls because we're waiting on you for an extended period, we may pause it and pick it back up when you're ready.

6. Monthly services (care and social)

Website care and social media management run month to month with no long-term lock-in. Either of us can cancel with reasonable written notice before the next billing date; the specific notice period is set out in your agreement. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, but you won't be billed for the month after your notice takes effect. Basic Upkeep has its own cancellation and refund terms in section 8.

7. Commission-based partnerships

Where we agree to a commission-based partnership (for example, helping arrange a sponsorship or brand deal), we earn the agreed commission only on deals that actually close and get paid. The commission rate and terms are confirmed in writing for each partnership before any work begins.

8. The 24-hour website and Basic Upkeep

These two are fixed-price launch offers, open to new sign-ups until October 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm Mountain Time. If you sign up for the 24-hour website before then, you keep the $19.99 price, and a Basic Upkeep plan started before then continues on these terms. For the 24-hour website, you sign up with your email on our website and we email you the next steps, including how to pay. Basic Upkeep is bought online through Stripe. Where this section differs from sections 1, 2, 3, 6 or 13, this section applies.

To cancel or ask for a refund, email us at endorsementhub@gmail.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

9. Third-party services and hosting

Your project may rely on third-party tools and platforms (for example, hosting, domain registrars, form tools, booking tools, or analytics). Those services have their own terms and pricing, which may be billed directly to you. We choose reputable providers, but we are not responsible for outages, price changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms outside our control.

10. Ownership and intellectual property

Once your project is fully paid, you own the final website files and custom content we created specifically for you. Until final payment is made, all work remains our property. Third-party assets (such as fonts, stock images, plugins, or platform software) stay under their own licences, and any required licences or subscriptions are your responsibility going forward.

11. Showing our work

We may display completed work in our portfolio and case studies, including your business name, logo, and screenshots of your site, along with a link to it. If you'd prefer we don't feature your project, just let us know in writing and we'll keep it private.

12. No guarantee of results

We build professional websites and run honest marketing, but we cannot and do not guarantee specific results — such as a certain number of leads, sales, search rankings, followers, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, and how the platforms behave. We also do not buy fake reviews, fake followers, or fake engagement, and we don't promise outcomes we can't deliver honestly.

13. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel a project after work has started, the deposit and any work completed up to that point are non-refundable, and we'll invoice for any work done beyond the deposit. Monthly services follow section 6, and the 24-hour website and Basic Upkeep follow section 8. We handle refund requests reasonably and in good faith, but completed work is billable.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or lost business. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Canadian law.

15. Confidentiality

We keep your private business information confidential and only use it to deliver your services. We expect the same from you regarding any non-public information you learn about how we work.

16. Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as we're working together. Either of us may end the working relationship in writing. Sections that by their nature should continue — such as ownership, payment owed, limitation of liability, and confidentiality — survive after we stop working together.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Alberta.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. The Terms in effect when you accept a quote are the ones that apply to that project.
