Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how EndorsementHub collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or get in touch. We're a website design and digital marketing business based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and we handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to help you:
- Information you give us. When you fill out our contact, quote or sign-up form, or email us, we collect your name, business name, email or phone number, and any details you share about your project.
- Booking details. If you book a call, we collect the scheduling information you provide.
- Basic site usage. Only if you allow it. Google Analytics is switched off until you press “Allow” on the cookie notice, and if you decline, no analytics cookie is set. It collects non-identifying data such as pages visited and general device or browser type.
- Payments. If you pay for a service, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with your name, email, and the last four digits and brand of your card. We never receive, see, or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code — those are entered directly into Stripe and never touch this website.
We do not process card details on this website ourselves, and this site never asks you for a password.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver and manage the services you ask us for.
- To understand how our site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
3. Your consent
By submitting our form or contacting us, you consent to us collecting and using your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us (see Contact).
4. Service providers we use
We rely on a few trusted tools to run this site. They only process the information needed to do their job, and each has its own privacy policy:
- Web3Forms processes our contact-form submissions and delivers them to our email.
- Calendly handles call bookings if you choose to schedule one.
- Google Analytics 4 measures overall site traffic — only after you allow it.
- Stripe processes payments and handles all card data on its own systems.
- Netlify hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
Some of these providers are located outside Canada, which means your information may be stored or processed in another country and could be subject to the laws of that country. We only use providers that commit to protecting personal information to a comparable standard.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no analytics cookies until you agree to them. When you first visit, a notice appears at the bottom of the screen. Analytics stays switched off unless you press “Allow”.
If you allow it, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure things like which pages get read and how people arrive. Your IP address is anonymised. Advertising and personalisation features are turned off entirely.
If you decline, or simply ignore the notice, no analytics cookie is written. Your choice is remembered in your own browser's local storage. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the notice will appear again. You can also block cookies through your browser at any time.
6. How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to safeguard your information and limit who can access it. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information protected.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services, or as required by law, and then we delete it.
8. Your rights
Under PIPEDA, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct information that's wrong, and
- delete your information or withdraw your consent.
Just email us and we'll take care of it.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
